These Terms govern the website and our creation, delivery and licensing of personalized AI-generated digital products, including viral videos, short reels, trend-based scenes, video cards, images and related files. Product descriptions and the order summary presented before purchase form part of the agreement for that order.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and is not blanket consent to optional uses of your information.
For purchases through Creem, Armitage Labs OÜ, trading as Creem, is the merchant of record and contractual reseller. PutMeIn.art supplies and delivers the product. Creem's Buyer Terms at https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms govern the purchase transaction and prevail over conflicting product-specific provisions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Purchasers and uploaders must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the relevant contract. Children must not use the service directly. An adult may submit an appropriate image of a minor only as their parent or legal guardian with the authority required by law.
Products are digital. No physical item is included unless expressly offered. Availability is subject to applicable law and the supported locations and policies of our service providers.
You retain your existing rights in uploaded photos, videos, names, text, prompts and other materials. You must have the copyright permissions and image, privacy and other rights necessary for the requested processing and intended use. Owning a photograph does not necessarily give you permission to use the depicted person's likeness.
Obtain another adult's informed permission before submitting their image for AI transformation. Provide them with our Privacy Policy. Any separate consent legally required from the depicted person must be obtained before processing; an uploader's purchase does not replace that consent.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, reproduce, adapt, transmit and store your content as necessary to review, create, deliver and support your order, prevent misuse and comply with law. Professional service providers may assist with those purposes under applicable arrangements. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrestricted marketing or model training. Personal-data processing remains subject to applicable law.
Do not submit or request unlawful material, rights infringement, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, false endorsements, harassment, defamatory content, hateful abuse, fraud, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitation or endangerment of minors.
Do not bypass safety checks, location restrictions or provider rules. The full Acceptable Use Policy is available at https://putmein.art/acceptable-use. We may reasonably reject or restrict affected requests. Such action does not automatically forfeit payment; applicable cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain available.
Products depict fictional creative scenes. Results may include stylization, creative interpretation and visual artifacts. We do not guarantee exact likeness, uniqueness, an identical match to an example, platform acceptance, views, virality, audience growth or income.
These qualifications do not excuse material nonconformity with an agreed description or express promise. Defective, undelivered or materially misdescribed products remain subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory remedies.
We do not provide identity verification, official documents, legal evidence or real endorsements. A generated scene does not establish that the depicted events occurred.
The offer and checkout identify the selected product, included options, price, currency, applicable taxes and charges, delivery information and relevant usage restrictions. Check your photo, delivery email and instructions before ordering. The final checkout total is the amount you authorize.
Unless you expressly select a separately identified subscription, purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charge. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
For Creem purchases, Creem processes payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable transaction taxes under its terms. PutMeIn.art does not store full payment-card numbers.
Production requires payment confirmation, usable inputs and completion of required permission and consent steps. Products are delivered digitally using the method stated for the order, such as an emailed download link.
Delivery estimates depend on input quality, generation, order volume and necessary review. Expressly agreed deadlines remain binding. If we cannot supply as agreed, the remedies in our Refund and Cancellation Policy apply; you do not have to accept an indefinite delay.
Download and retain your own copy within the access period stated for the order. Download links are not permanent storage. Expiry does not remove remedies for failure to provide the promised access.
Our full policy is at https://putmein.art/refund. It distinguishes voluntary cancellation, statutory withdrawal, non-delivery and nonconforming content.
Personalization, payment, internal production or delivery does not by itself remove mandatory rights. Any exception ending a statutory withdrawal right for digital content applies only when all legal conditions have been met, including the required prior express consent, acknowledgment and durable-medium confirmation. General acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and misdescription remain unaffected.
After lawful payment, we grant you, to the extent of the rights we own or may license, a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to download, keep, privately send and publicly post the delivered product on your own social-media accounts. This includes organic posts on monetized personal or creator accounts and authorized PutMeIn.art affiliate promotions.
You may make ordinary edits for those uses and grant social platforms the technical permissions needed to host and distribute the posts. Gift recipients may view and share the product personally. Required AI or advertising disclosures must be preserved.
Paid advertisements, promotion of third-party brands or products, client campaigns, resale, stock distribution and standalone sublicensing require a separate written commercial licence. No licence extends another person's likeness permission or grants unavailable third-party rights. Material product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase.
We do not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection for every AI-generated element. We remain responsible for rights required for templates, music and materials we supply; customers' upload permissions do not transfer that responsibility to them.
We use professional providers for AI-assisted creation, hosting, delivery and related operations within the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for our applicable obligations and product commitments.
Private photos and personalized outputs are not automatically authorized for public marketing. Separate, specific permission is required for such use. Tagging us, reviewing the product or joining the creator program does not by itself grant an advertising licence.
When publishing, use the AI-content and advertising disclosures required by law and the relevant platform. Do not present fictional scenes as authentic footage or imply nonexistent endorsements. We remain responsible for disclosures required for our own service and publications.
The standard commission is 30% of Net Referred Revenue for qualifying attributed sales, as defined in the Creator Program Terms at https://putmein.art/creator-terms. It is not 30% of a tax-inclusive checkout total. Participation requires acceptance of those terms. No sales or earnings are guaranteed.
Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, applicable data-protection rights and liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Applicable statutory liability rules govern consumer claims.
For business customers only, to the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary breaches is limited to foreseeable direct loss up to the amount paid for the affected order. This limitation does not apply where unlawful or to liabilities that cannot be limited.
The version accepted for an order governs that order. Updates apply prospectively, with notice or consent where required; editing a page does not retroactively remove purchased rights.
These website and product Terms are governed by Ukrainian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections otherwise applicable in their country of habitual residence. This does not change the law governing the separate Creem purchase agreement or remove mandatory court, regulator or dispute-resolution rights.
