PutMeIn.art supplies personalized AI-generated digital videos, video cards, images and related files. For purchases through Creem, Armitage Labs OÜ is the merchant of record and contractual reseller. PutMeIn.art provides the product and product support; monetary refunds are processed through Creem under its Buyer Terms at https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms.
This Policy forms part of our Terms. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of production, personalization or delivery. Digital sales are not automatically exempt from withdrawal or defect remedies.
Email support@putmein.art with your order email and reference. If production has not begun when your request is received, we will arrange cancellation and a full refund. A delay in reading the request does not remove that entitlement. Automated production may begin shortly after payment and completion of required inputs and permissions.
After production begins, a change-of-mind cancellation is not promised under this voluntary policy. Any remaining statutory withdrawal right, rights under the seller's terms and other mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
For qualifying EEA or UK distance contracts for digital content without a physical medium, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion, unless the right lawfully ends earlier. Failure to provide required information may extend that period. Applicable national rules govern calculation and exceptions.
An exception ending withdrawal rights when supply begins applies only if all legal conditions are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of the right and required durable-medium confirmation. General acceptance of Terms, payment, personalization or internal generation alone does not satisfy those conditions.
For downloadable or streamable video, the relevant event is the start of downloading or streaming under applicable law, not merely emailing an unactivated link. Any separately offered service is subject to its applicable withdrawal rules. Faulty-content and non-delivery rights remain available even after a withdrawal right has lawfully ended.
Exercise an available right by sending a clear notice before the applicable deadline to support@putmein.art or Creem through its customer portal or https://www.creem.io/contact. Any online withdrawal function provided under applicable law is an additional route. The optional form below is not mandatory.
We may attempt a reasonable retry without undue delay or significant inconvenience. If we cannot deliver the ordered product, we will arrange a full refund. You do not have to accept store credit or unlimited retries.
For delayed supply, contact us to request delivery. Where applicable, we will supply without undue delay or within an expressly agreed additional period. Termination and refund are available when the relevant legal conditions are met, including immediate termination where the law permits it. You do not have to accept indefinite postponement.
Refusing a request for safety or legal reasons does not automatically authorize retention of the full payment.
Contact us if the wrong file is delivered, a file is corrupted or unusable, promised access is unavailable, an essential agreed feature is missing, or the product otherwise fails to conform to its description or legal requirements.
Where applicable law provides for correction first, we will bring the product into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Price reduction, termination, refund and other remedies remain available when their conditions are met, including impossible, refused, unsuccessful or unreasonably delayed correction or a sufficiently serious defect.
Disclosed artistic variation is not necessarily a defect. An AI disclaimer does not excuse material nonconformity. Customer input problems are assessed on their facts and do not automatically remove statutory rights.
Applicable Ukrainian digital-content protections also cover content made to a consumer's specifications. Statutory conformity periods and remedies, including the applicable two-year period for defects existing at one-off supply, are preserved. More protective applicable rules remain unaffected.
Send the order email, reference if available and a brief description to support@putmein.art. Provide only reasonably necessary supporting information, not full card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Reporting promptly helps us investigate but does not shorten statutory claim periods.
Eligible Creem refunds return through Creem to the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed. We submit approved requests promptly, targeting no more than five business days after approval. This target never extends a mandatory deadline or changes its legal starting point. Applicable reimbursement duties, including relevant 14-day deadlines, take priority.
No prohibited refund fee or forced store credit is imposed. Bank processing may affect when funds appear. Following full refund or valid termination, stop using the affected product to the extent required by law; evidence reasonably needed for a claim may be retained.
For unresolved transaction issues, contact Creem directly. Nothing restricts lawful payment disputes, complaints, court access or regulator contact.
