Creator Program Terms

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Program

The program is operated by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Viktor Stukalov, Ukraine. Tax ID: 2381111998. Registration number: 2010350000000014954. Contact: support@putmein.art.

Participation requires legal capacity, age 18 or older, acceptance of these Terms and any applicable provider eligibility requirements. Joining is free and no purchase is required. Creators are independent participants, not employees, agents or representatives authorized to bind PutMeIn.art. Creem administers applicable tracking and commission processes under its separate terms.

2. Commission

The standard commission is 30% of Net Referred Revenue for qualifying attributed purchases.

Net Referred Revenue means the actual collected product price after discounts, excluding VAT, sales tax and other transaction taxes, less Creem's payment-processing and platform transaction fees for that order and any refunded, reversed or charged-back product amount. The commission itself is not deducted before calculating the 30%. AI-generation costs, hosting, advertising, salaries and general overhead are not deducted from this base.

Commission equals 0.30 multiplied by the eligible net base, rounded to the settlement currency's minor unit. The base cannot be negative. It is not 30% of the tax-inclusive checkout total, and no fixed amount per order is promised.

Partial refunds adjust the eligible retained amount without double deductions. Fully refunded, reversed, fraudulent or lost-chargeback orders generate no commission. An already-paid commission on a reversed order may be offset against future commissions as permitted by the applicable agreement and law, with an explained adjustment.

3. Qualifying referrals

Purchases must be genuine, completed, eligible and validly attributed to an approved referral link or code. The product eligibility, attribution window, attribution model and competing-referral rules disclosed for your program or campaign govern the referral. Undisclosed rules are not applied retroactively to remove acquired entitlements.

Privacy choices, browser restrictions, different devices, invalid links and missing attribution data may prevent attribution. Views alone do not earn commission. Do not circumvent privacy choices to obtain attribution. Suspected errors may be reported for review at support@putmein.art.

4. Validation and payouts

Recorded commissions are subject to the applicable validation period, payout schedule, threshold, currency, methods, fees and verification requirements disclosed for the program. Dashboard estimates are not necessarily available for immediate withdrawal.

Reasonably disputed amounts may be held while an identified issue is investigated, with an explanation and release of eligible amounts when resolved, subject to law. Valid earned commissions are not arbitrarily forfeited because of an outage or an account review.

Creators are responsible for their own income taxes and reporting, subject to legally required withholding. Transaction-tax administration on customer purchases does not settle a creator's income-tax obligations.

5. Honest promotion and disclosure

Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in every relevant promotion, in its language and where viewers encounter the recommendation. For example: "Ad / affiliate link: I earn a commission if you buy through this link." Do not hide the disclosure only in a profile, expanded caption or unrelated hashtags. Use visible and, where appropriate, spoken video disclosure and applicable platform tools.

Describe actual experience honestly. Do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, customers or earnings. Do not guarantee views, virality, income, exact resemblance or nonexistent endorsements. We may review promotions and require reasonable correction or removal of misleading or noncompliant material.

6. Materials and rights

Approved campaign materials may be used within their stated licence. A properly licensed personalized product may be posted on your creator account with an approved referral link. This does not authorize another customer's private content, unapproved likenesses, unlicensed music or unrelated third-party advertising.

Submitting a trend or media gives us permission to evaluate it, not ownership of all rights. Commercial publication, adaptation or sale of submitted materials requires a separate agreement defining rights and compensation, if any. Submission does not guarantee approval or payment.

7. Prohibited conduct

Spam, unlawful messages, fake engagement, deceptive claims, undisclosed incentives, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, hidden link replacement and unauthorized impersonation are prohibited. Brand bidding, branded paid ads and incentive campaigns require specific written approval.

Self-referrals, fabricated purchases, collusion and orders intended for refund do not qualify. Do not collect payments on our behalf or make promises beyond the offer. Do not request private photos, full card details or unnecessary customer information to prove attribution.

8. Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy governs our processing. Creators remain responsible for processing they independently carry out, including their own mailing lists and messages. Participation does not automatically authorize advertising use of a creator's private orders or likeness.

Available records identify attributed orders, commissions, adjustments and payout status subject to customer privacy. Report suspected errors promptly; this does not shorten mandatory legal claim periods. Verified errors are corrected.

9. No earnings guarantee

We do not guarantee views, conversion, sales, commissions or income. Results depend on completed qualifying purchases, valid attribution and other factors. Calculators are estimates based on stated assumptions, not promised payouts.

10. Ending participation

You may leave by contacting support@putmein.art. We may restrict or end participation for material breach, fraud, legal restrictions or program discontinuation. Where reasonably possible, we provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a correctable issue. Urgent lawful action may be taken to prevent harm.

Valid accrued commissions remain payable subject to legitimate adjustments and disclosed validation. Valid referrals recorded before termination remain eligible within their already-running attribution windows under the applicable rules. Proven fraudulent or invalid referrals may be excluded; ending participation does not automatically confiscate unrelated valid entitlements.

11. Changes and existing entitlements

The 30% standard applies to new participants and referrals validly brought under this version. Previously earned commissions and existing individual or campaign commitments are not reduced retroactively.

For existing participants, a material adverse change applies only prospectively after at least 30 days' direct notice and any further agreement or notice required under existing terms or law. The effective date and treatment of protected referrals must be disclosed. You may leave before the change takes effect. Urgent changes legally necessary to prevent fraud or comply with law do not remove valid accrued rights.

12. Law and responsibility

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and unlawful conduct. Ukrainian law governs without removing mandatory protections otherwise applicable. These Terms do not change a separate agreement with Creem or exclude liability, court access or regulator rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
