Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Policy forms part of the PutMeIn.art Terms and applies to uploads, instructions, generation requests, outputs and promotions. Operator details appear in the Terms. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Only actually offered and lawfully supported features are available. Fictional presentation, customer permission or an AI label does not override law, third-party rights or applicable provider restrictions.

2. Permission and truthful presentation

Submit only content you have the necessary copyright, likeness and other permissions to use. Obtain informed permission from another depicted adult and complete any legally required direct consent process. Only a parent or legal guardian with the required authority may submit suitable content of a minor.

Do not present generated scenes as authentic footage, evidence, official documents or real endorsements. Preserve required AI disclosures and comply with publication-platform rules.

3. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited:

• pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content and NSFW generation;
• non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized depictions;
• exploitation, sexualization, abuse or endangerment of minors;
• deceptive impersonation, fraud, forged documents, fabricated evidence and false endorsements;
• unlawful political deception or misrepresentation of real public events or official statements;
• threats, defamation, targeted harassment, hateful abuse and unlawful promotion of violence;
• copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights infringement;
• unauthorized disclosure of private information or unrelated sensitive data;
• malware, spam, abusive automation, evasion of safeguards or location restrictions;
• requests prohibited by applicable law or the rules of a service provider used for the product.

These restrictions also apply to our examples and promotional assets. An unlisted request is not automatically approved.

4. Checks, enforcement and review

We may use proportionate automated checks and human review for safety, suitability and rights concerns as described in our Privacy Policy. We may request clarification or evidence of authority, reject a request, stop production or restrict affected content where reasonably necessary.

Contact support@putmein.art if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Applicable explanation, review and appeal rights remain available. Enforcement does not automatically forfeit payment: our Refund and Cancellation Policy, seller terms and mandatory law determine the outcome.

5. Reporting and updates

Report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or harmful content to support@putmein.art. Identify the material or order if known and explain the concern and your connection to the affected person or rights. We may request proportionate verification and take appropriate action.

Updates follow the changes provisions in our Terms. A later edit does not remove mandatory rights or rewrite an accepted order. Urgent legal or safety restrictions may require immediate action where permitted or required by law.
